A Beginner's Guide to Playing Bingo in Las Vegas

  1. You must be 21 or older to play.

  2. BRING CASH! Bingo halls in Vegas do not accept debit or credit cards.

  3. Regular bingo sessions are ONE HOUR only, so try to get there about 20-30 minutes before start time to be ready to play!

  4. Each player is allowed 2 complimentary drinks. This includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. (Drinks are not usually available for purchase).

  5. You are allowed to bring food from outside the bingo hall.

  6. You may purchase paper packs, electronic machine or both. (The numbers are called fast, so if you think you might have a hard time keeping up, buy a machine. It will mark all the numbers for you and automatically advance you to the next game.

  7. Only ONE electronic machine is allowed per person...either hand held or stationery.

  8. You don't have to purchase the packs advertised in the bingo halls. For example, you can say "I want to spend $30 and include all the special games."

  9. Throughout the year, some bingo halls will have special games that are closed to the public. Be sure to check before you go!
